No thermometer
No thermometer so don’t buy this version buy the other one.Potential alcohol is optimistic and uses a different scale to that I’m used to, I.e 1.070 gives a potential alcohol of just over 11, I’d be expecting nearer to 9.3 again this depends on the scale you use, other than this it’s fairly accurate against my refractometer.

Easy to use but doesn’t seem to work, but that could be down to my winemaking not the product so atm I’m undecided
