Why spend extra on a car just to get Bluetooth when you can get this?
Well.. this is brilliant! Small, compact, simple! This is a brilliant tool for anyone who wants hands free telephone, or for anyone who just wants to listen to music via Bluetooth. It's a small unit that I stuck just below my radio. The actual unit magnets onto a sticky plate. So you can remove the unit if you wish. I don't as I don't see the need to. All this needs is USB and AUX, USB for power and AUX for sound. It connects fairly easy, however! I have found that if you start your car with your phone out of range it won't connect when the phone is in range again unless you restart the car. Starting the car when your phone is on you is no problem, which is what I do 99% of the time. It sometimes doesn't connect in general, but for the price you can't worry about that. 98% however, is fine! - a solid blue LED means it's connected, a red and blue flashing LED means its seeking connection. The buttons are brilliant. Bottom button is to answer or hang up a phone call, the two side buttons are to change track. The cable is very long which I liked as it gave me plenty of room to hide it away. For the price I wouldn't hesitate! My family have them as well and they all love them!

A good value for money.
I am quite happy with the product. The sound quality is very good and mic is also good enough for me to be heard on the other side. Looks nice, the led on the button is discrete and does not discract you when driving. It also has that feel of being a good quality and not the cheap plastic. But it's not perfect, therefore I can't give it five stars. Here is why: - buttons do work with the phone, but there is a delay when changing song etc and it's quite hard to get to feel them, as sometimes when you press for too long devlice treats it as a two presses. - phone connect automaticly very quickly, but it does not recognizes device as headphones but as some kind of external speaker. Therefore option "start playing music when connected to headphones" does not work and you have to press play manually on the phone. - it's a shame that device does not have it's own battery that would keep it active even for those two seconds when power to cigarette socket is disconected (for example when you start the engine). - also despite that phone is connected to this device, when it rings, it uses phone's own speaker. But those are very minor disadvantages and I am overall happy with this purchase.

Good, but....
I purchased this hands free kit to replace my KINIVO which I'd used for about a year and a half with no trouble. I enjoyed using my old one but unfortunately the wire on that was a little flimsy and I ended up damaging the device when my foot got caught on the wire climbing out of a tigh parking space (my goodness, some car parks!). And so I decided to go for the TECEVO as the reviews were generally very good and it seemed like a great upgrade with Bluetooth 4.0 and all the latest features. In general, it works just like that...if you can get it to connect that is. First time pairing is a breeze, the connection is great and the sound quality even better. My family have no trouble hearing me over the road noise and it is just very convenient to have a 2.1A charging port for my iPhone at the same time. The issue is that after pairing with my phone, the next time I get in the car it refuses to pair again. I figured out quickly that the device searches for its paired phone right when it powers up (when I switch on the engine) and this is successful sometimes. However, most of the time, even if my iPhone is on and Bluetooth enabled, they do not pair again. The only way to fix this as some reviewers have mentioned, is to forget the device and pair it again. This can be a nuisance as I always have to spend a couple of minutes doing this before setting off. So overall a good piece of kit, but a little pain in the behind too.

Hassle Free Bluetooth Handsfree Upgrade for BMW 1 Series
Great Hands-free kit to upgrade a BMW 1 series to Bluetooth streaming via AUX. Much better than the FM transmitter based produces which I've tried before, and as long as your existing car radio has an AUX input, takes only a few seconds to install and start using. Pairing with an android phone is simple and trouble free. The unit supports NFC pairing as well but I haven't yet tested this feature. The unit itself is nicely sized, and the provided magnet / sticky pad is great for sticking it in a good place in car. The phone call quality is good with excellent echo cancellation. It doesn't look out of place in the vehicle, and the cables can be neatly hidden behind the trim. Final bonus is the included USB/Car adaptor which has two outputs, so this unit can be powered and a phone charged at the same time from a single 12v cigarette lighter in the car (which in the BMW 1 series is conveniently placed next to the AUX socket in the centre console)

Excellent Bluetooth Receiver
My car doesn't have Bluetooth, but the stereo does have an aux input. this device plugs straight into it, and the magnetic holder fixes firmly onto the dashboard. The receiver itself sticks to the magnetic holder and stays put. It connects with my phone automatically once paired, and the sound is loud and clear. People sometimes complain about the background noise, but I've recorded calls and found that I can hear both speakers clearly. Maybe some people are hypersensitive to background noise. If necessary, you can snatch up the receiver and hold it closer to your mouth, although it's not hands free if you do that so it would be better to stop. Overall this device does the job very well.
