Q: Can the shelves be taken out easily?

The shelves are fixed and not removable.

Q: Shipping is expensive. How much does it cost in case i have to return the item? I have had bad luck with furniture coming in damaged.

Shipping was expensive. I don’t know what it would be to return but I was missing a piece and have yet to receive it. It’s been a week and a half!

Q: I have air fryer/ oven will this handle heat on top?

I think so. Maybe place something under it so heat is not an issue.
