Do you get the trailer with this kit? Like in the olde version.

No, that is Tamiya kit number 35015 which is long discontinued. Italeri do a Willy's Jeep with trailer in 1/35. If you search B00061HLGO on Amazon you will find it.

Does this Jeep have the hood up option?

No but I have seen resin accessory roofs on Amazon and ebay

What Tamiya piants do you need for this model?

The basic colours I used were Xf - 7 ( red ) Xf - 10 ( brown ) Xf - 62 ( olive drab ) Xf - 89 ( dark green ) Xf 56 ( met. Grey ) from the Tamiya range. 08 - Matt black , 90 - silver. In the Revell range. I didn’t use the driver, so other colours were not needed. There are conversion paint charts on line that are very useful. Don’t forget Humbrol clearfix for the windscreen. It’s a well detailed model.
