These tablets are small, so they're very easy to swallow. The fact that they have the vegan society trademark on the bottle gives me peace of mind that they don't contain animal products. My only suggestion would be to fill the bottle up more. It's great value for money, but it seems like a waste of packaging to have so much space left over. Filling the bottle up near the top, whilst keeping the price proportional to the quantity of tablets, seems like the most environmentally-friendly solution. The product itself is excellent and great value for money.

I am very happy with this product.I was recommended to try taking iron from a health shop, after I had mentioned I was having issues with thinning hair and 'baby hair' where you get a lot of what looks like broken hair sticking up. It looks unsightly, I looked like a feckin carrot and I hated it. The lady in the shop recommended I take the iron with 400mcg of folic acid daily - which I do in my B complex - as, apparently, iron cannot be absorbed without the folic acid. Sadly, the shop didn't get the sale as I snuck a peek on Amazon and was loads cheaper for more tablets. Incidentally, the tablets are round and small, so are easy to swallow.I did some research afterwards and found that iron can help with fatigue. I have adrenal fatigue which drives me nuts - exhaustion, overweight (overproduction of cortisol - I've gone from a lean, mean, jogging machine to a blithering, bloated old woman who struggles to exercise without wanting to sleep for six weeks afterwards), brain fog (I sometimes feel like a total dimwit as I get overwhelmed with the inability to focus my mind, which is horrible as I have always been sharp and quick witted), thinning hair and the list goes on.So, do I feel amazing? Yes, compared to where I have been physically and mentally for some years now, I feel like I've got the old me back again. Long may it last. If it doesn't, I will come back and add to this review, but the difference so far has been acute so I don't see why it shouldn't continue.So, fast forward a mere two weeks of taking these and I feel like a different person. I have today had the most productive day I have had for some years and I feel invigorated from it. I feel more alert mentally and can seem to string coherent thought and speech together - for ages they have been seemingly incompatible, leaving me feeling like a stupid old bat!I know it sounds crazy, but even my hair seems better. There seems less sticking up and there seems less coming out in the brush.

Felt I needed these, I am taking other supplements too but have tried this as my third Iron vitamin supplement. I used to feel tired and still can at times but really just continue with supplements as I can easily miss meals or delay meals. Competitive price, arrived quick as expected and a great company which used profits to give Vitamins to children in developing countries.

I ordered this item as I was feeling very rundown and tired. A colleague at work recommended them so I thought id give them a go. They arrived super fast and I have to say im very impressed. Ive been taking them for the best part of a week and im already starting to feel more alive. My energy levels are definitely noticeably higher and I feel so much better since I started taking them. Excellent product, a very good price and very fast delivery. Will definitely order again.

I purchased these a coulple of weeks ago, not because I was anaemic,not that I was aware of anyway but have been feeling fatigured for some time and decided to do something about it. I never really know what company is the best or if paying lots of money one is getting quality. I do know, since I started taking these my energy levels have improved greatly. I don't feel quite so sluggish and all I can put it down to is the fact that I am now taking INNOPURE IRON. I am certainly going to recommend these to my friends and family, even though they are a high strength tablet they are not expensive either. Take it from me, they really are the best on the market and for those who cannot swallow big tablets these are very small thus allowing everyone to take them.

After speaking to one of my closes mates who is qualified pharmacist and told him lately I'm always feeling tired. He informed me it could be due to my Iron levels been low. So he advised me to purchase some Iron tablets. So quick research on Amazon and decided to buys these as they suited my needs, one big factor was they are suitable for vegetarians! So I have only been taking theses tablets for small while now hence why I have given them 4 stars. After a few more weeks I hopefully will give a full update how I feel.Update 29.11.18After taking Iron tablets for a while I'm feeling a lot better, more energetic. I would advise before taking any tablets seek advice from your GP or speak to qualified pharmacist.

I'm anaemic and these tablets work great for it but I can normally swallow any kind of tablet but I find these ones very difficult to go down!

Was diagnosed anemic back in April, the doctor put me on iron and took me back off them as soon as my levels were back to normal. Being veggie it wasn't long before I crashed again. Instead of going through the hassle of trying to get another appointment I bought these and they are doing the job perfectly. Easy to swallow and no aftertaste. Take with a glass of disolvable vit c for full absorption.
