Great Bike For My Simple HIT Training
I genuinely like this bike - I've been doing 10 minute HIT training blasts on it every week day since I bought it a month or so ago, and it does the job nicely (I work from a home office). I use this to supplement my regular weekly weight training sessions, and it's a great, no hassle way to get some serious cardio into the mix for a low price. After reading some of the comments here I made sure I set it up properly and really screwed all the bolts tightly etc, and nothing has wobbled at all (apart from me!). I weigh a fit not fat 16 stone and the bike has been absolutely fine for me.This could also be down to the fact that I'm using it very simply, and only use the timing function on the dashboard (which is rather limited).Anyway, this is what I do on it:- 2 mins warm up - 0-2 mins- 20 seconds flat out (twist the resistance handle right until it's really hard to peddle then go as fast as you can) - 2 mins to 2.20- 2 mins recovery (turning the resistance handle left until it's easier to cycle again) - 2.20 mins to 4.20- 20 seconds flat out - 4.20 mins to 4.40- 2 mins recovery - 4.40 mins to 6.40- 20 seconds flat out - 6.40 mins to 7.00- 3 mins warm down - 7 mins to 10As I say, I do this 5 times a week and this bike is totally fine for this type of workout :-)

Not bad for the price
It's not a bad bike by any means, and it certainly does the job, but you definitely get what you pay for. Don't expect a gym-quality bike, as this isn't it. If you just want something to do 10mins on a few times a week, then this is absolutely fine for that. If you want something to really train hard on, then i would not get this bike is it just doesn't feel sturdy enough for that.My first piece of advice is to thoroughly check the packaging when it arrives. My box was torn to shreds and it looked like it had been thrown about all over the place at some point on the journey to my house. As a result, the metal water bottle that was supplied was crushed to bits. Just make sure you check everything in the box, though, because it's quite conceivable that some parts could get damaged. Luckily, none of mine were.First of all, the assembly. Now i will admit that DIY isn't my forte, but i am an intelligent man who can follow instructions (ask the Mrs). The only problem i had with assembly was that a couple of the screws wouldn't tighten properly as both ends kept spinning, so i had to use one adjustable wrench to hold one side in place, and another adjustable wrench to tighten the other side. Other than that, the instructions were pretty easy to follow. I had the bike set up and operational in 30mins.The computer is very basic, but it tells you all you need to know from your workout. I would ignore the calorie counting function, though, because it is impossible for the bike to know your height, build, fitness level, metabolism speed etc, and it just assumes that you are average in every area and works it out on a speed/distance basis. And the pulse thing is way off. I checked my resting heart rate and it was 58bpm. I then put my hands on the sensors and it was coming up at 83bpm before i'd even done any exercise. But like i say, for distance and speed it's fine, and what more do you need to know really? It's a sturdy bike. I am an 18.5 stone, 6ft 3in bodybuilder, and i feel totally safe on it. The only problem is that the seat doesn't go high enough. I've got it on the highest possible setting and my legs are quite a lot bent. When on a bike, your legs should be almost straight at the lowest point of the pedal rotation. But honestly, it's not a problem for 10/15mins of exercise. I would say anything up to 6ft would be fine. The Mrs is 5ft 4in and the highest seat setting is about perfect for her.Bottom line - it does the job. If you want something to do 10/15mins moderate exercise on a few times a week, then this bike is absolutely fine. If you want to do some serious interval training, then i would strongly suggest you spend more money on a more professional bike.Hope this review helps people decide.

Ok some quality issues.
Opted for this bike (white) with chain drive instead of belt drive. I used to have a bike with belt drive, the belt used to perish with wear. The cycling noise is audible enough to force you to turn up the volume on the television (same as belt). You get an aluminium water bottle and aluminium holder for the bike.Overall I give this bike 4 out 5 mainly because of quality. My previous bike was around the same price but it was better made.1. The seat is crap, hardly any foam on top of a piece of metal - recommend a better seat2. The cabling to the LCD monitor has hot-glue at the connectors. It make it feel so cheap, it was easy to plug the cables into the wrong socket.3. There are a couple of paint scratches or dents for a new bike. The bike parts wrapped with sellotape and polystyrene. Unless to break apart the cardboard you find yourself lifting the whole bike to remove it from the box.4. If you are cycling and want to stop, there is no clutch, so you have to pedal slowly to come to a stop. This keeps catching me out.5. The information on the LCD monitor is ok, it uses 2 x AAA batteries. Two batteries are included.

Many issues, don't waste your time or money.
This product is terrible, the first one I purchased got lost... after contacting amazon they said they would send a replacement. When I finally received it i noticed all the parts either had black scuff marks or chipped paint. When i tried to put the item together hundreds of tiny ball bearings came out from somewhere in the frame... I continued to put the item together, once i put the item together i found out it is super loud, it's not just a little audible it is REALLY loud, it sounds like something is hitting the chain constantly... and there is yellow liquid coming out of many areas of the plastic that does not come out of clothes. I would not recommend this product at all. Amazon did not help me either upon contacting them, they just said return it... not an easy product to return as it is SUPER heavy and the box it came in is in pieces as it was impossible to get out of.
