Check maybe Poundland or similar shops for cheap toys with similar size looking balls which should work fine with this Failing that perhps email vtech customer services directly for any guidance and help they may provide

Can you use normly ball pit balls aswell ?

I haven't tried , but these balls seem smaller and harder than the ball pit balls. So I personally would say no. It comes with 4 coloured balls

How do I arrange a return for a faulty item outside of the months returns?

How tall is this as my son is a tall 18 month old and wondered if the height was suitable for him to stand and push along comfortably?
