I wanted to fit my Go Pro to the centre of my handlebars but wasn't sure if this mount would fit. I took some quick measurements and thought maybe with some rubber I could make it fit. But it doesn't. So I knew I was taking the chance when I ordered it but at just a few pounds it was worth trying. Where it does fit is on the handlebar grip. This isn't ideal as its a bit in the way of my hand and also you can see my hand in the footage so I may need to rethink this. This aside it is a good item. Made of aluminium it is sturdy and fixes the camera securely. It comes with its own bolt but I used the longer one that comes with the camera. I chose this over the go pro mount product because it was a lot cheaper and also is not made of plastic but as it was too large I will probably need to buy the go pro one anyway. So do as the man says on his ad and measure your handlebar first.

Ordered the black version of this product. The mount fits securely onto my cycle handlebars and the design is robust. I use the mount for my Garmin verb ultra 30 which holds it well, with the included screw. I have used the mount on 3 cycle rides and am pleased with this product, for it's value and strong construction. The mount can accomodate varies widths of handlebars by it's included spreaders and screw adjustment. Aimed primarily at Go Pro users this makes a good alternative for Garmin users!

Bought one of these before but snapped my last one for over tightening it.Great bit of equipment for my GoPro cameras. Easy to fit, very sturdy and does it's job.Delivery was a day early as well. Very pleased.

fantastic little adapter. Fits the bars perfectly and is really thin profile so take sup significantly less room than others, which is important if you ride in the winter at night and need a decent chunk of handlebar for off road lights. Much more robust than the "normal" ones as well. I have changed the hex bolt for an Aluminium thumbscrew to allow slightly easier removal, but basically cant fault this at all.

I haven't actually used this in anger yet so this review is purely about aesthetics and fitting. Being aluminium rather than standard Go Pro plastic the mount feels very robust, is well made and has a nice well engineered feel to it. I ordered the black to go with my predominantly black Zesty, and the mount arrived with its own Allen key so no having to rummage in the tool box to find one to fit. Fitting was a doddle as its only two Allen bolts but it is semi permanent ie no quick release to allow quick resiting of the mount. Having said that, this appeals to me as I intend to leave it in place and if it works out, buy others for my other bike and/or seat post then I will move the camera as I need to. My only gripe is that there is no rubber shim (or similar) so the mount will enivitably mark my handle bar, but I ride a mountain bike and scratches come with the territory, but if you're precious about your ride, you might want to wrap some tape around the bar first.

Seems just what I needed to replace the very iffy fitting I had for my SJCam - seems robust and a better and more sturdy fit!Arrived when to seller said it would. No probs. at all.

Used this mount to attach a GoPro Hero to the handle bars of a road bike. Did it's job. Strong and secure For my purposes this device worked well and was excellent value for money.

Not used it yet but is just small enough fit on bar next to the garmin. But is just what the add said it was.
