Painless removal of hair to leave your nose as clean as a whistle
I approached this product with some trepidation given the nature of it. I had read the reviews saying it didn't hurt and thought I should give it a go. The product was very easy to use. Warm the wax and keep stirring until it's the right consistency and then stick the plastic tools in and load them up. As soon as the tool is dipped in the wax it adheres well and from there you need to rapidly insert. You can feel it immediately grip inside your nose and from that point onwards it's a tense 90 second countdown to the moment you have to swiftly remove them. I have to say this sensation of no going back now starts to take over a little and as the second hand swept round I braced myself for...well, nothing really! I swear the only sensation was a feeling of the skin inside your nose being pulled (which of course it was) for a millisecond and then it was out and covered in hairs. The amount of and number of hairs is remarkable. I can honestly say there was no pain whatsoever and the result was extremely impressive. It left one hair behind that I tweezered and you guessed it...agony and watering eyes! I have been able to easily clean the applicators for reuse and there is so much wax in the pot I think you would possibly be able to double the useage making this item a real bargain. The secret is to chip it away quickly. Your fingers will start to heat the wax left so leave it to cool again and chip away after that. Took me 2 quick goes to get them clean. It warns you to make sure the hairs are a certain length but I thought sod it and left them as long as they were. My approach didn't cause me any problems. If you are still wavering I would thoroughly recommend this. The only downside for me personally was that when inserted they are absolutely airtight and you obviously have to breath through your nose. I truly hate that feeling and 90 seconds was about my limit. In a sad way as I have nothing better to do in life I am looking forward to them growing so I can go again and have the amazing result afterwards once more. I should get out more and perhaps with a well groomed nose I will...

It did what it should.
I don't really know what I expected, but I'm quite impressed with the results. It removed all visible hair from the nostrils. Its not too painful; a quick sting that lasts seconds. The wax smells pleasant and there seems to be plenty of it, however, this pot doesn't have a lid once the plastic film is removed. It looks like the applicators are single use, and you don't get many; same with the calming wipes, which were pretty useless and was just a dry tissue.

Why have I only just found out about this product??!
I have never felt compelled to write a product review before but this is just an amazing invention! Completely oblivious for years I have been painfully tweezering each individual nose hair, I have cried endless tears uncontrollably due to the suffering I have endured through this barbaric and now seemingly pointless task. This is so easy to use, simply put the pot of wax in the microwave for about a minute, then dip the white stick in it then shove it up your nose. Leave it for 90 seconds then pull it out, quickly! I would say it is painless, there is anticipation and tension build up while you are waiting to pull it out, but just do it and believe me it isn't that bad. I did both at the same time and it was less painful than just pulling one hair out with the tweezers! The result is amazing! Completely hair free and the nose actually looks different, I couldn't believe how much hair was pulled out I was in shock that there was actually that much up there! I used the wipes that are included to clear any excess wax that was around, which was very little, and had no pain or irritation afterwards. The nose feels completely smooth and I can even breathe better! I'm just not looking forward to getting my first bogey, I'm not sure what will happen with no hairs to cling to. Will it just fall out? Or just stick out without me being able to feel it? :/ I love this product and it is now part of my regular grooming routine. For the price, you really can't go wrong!

Works very well when used right.
I was initially very sceptical about this, I'm not a fan of waxing and I imagined up the nose is likely to be 100x more painful than the bikini line. I was right. But I'm getting to that age where unsightly nose hairs are popping through and hair trimmers are ok but doing it every day was becoming a pain, I needed a more permanent solution. The first time I used it I followed the instructions to the letter, the applicator is specially designed so it only goes a little way up the nose and doesn't get rid of the hairs further up or cause any issues which is great, I melted the wax, dipped the applicator, put it in my nose and set a timer for 2 minutes. When the time was up I immediately pulled. I didn't check if the wax was properly set. It wasn't. It was still stretchy. So the ten minutes that followed saw me writhing on the floor trying to pull sticky wax from individual hairs, with tears streaming from my eyes and swearing very, very loudly! I didn't pick the box up for another 6 months. However I did decide to try again, I was prepared this time, I took paracetamol and ibuprofen together about half an hour before, I melted the wax, I put it in and waited 2 minutes, I checked the wax with a shaky hand and wondered briefly if I was crazy. It wasn't quite set so I waited about 20 seconds more and then braced myself, I pulled fast and hard and voila. The wax and hairs all came out in one go, I didn't even feel it. The hair took approximately 4 weeks to grow back to a waxable length and I have just used it again so I have a lovely hair-free nose once more, again I had to leave for an extra 20 seconds so, although the instructions say to not leave in for longer than 2 minutes, I would check the wax at 2 minutes to make sure it is set before pulling out and leave for 10-20 seconds longer if it isn't. Overall very happy with this product, it works well when used right, it will last me for 4 months if last months hair growth is anything to go by so I think it's good value for money. I do have a little irritation on the day I wax, as to be expected when pulling multiple hairs but it doesn't last longer than a few hours. I haven't been brave enough to try it without taking painkillers first but it is a small price to pay, I have a very low pain threshold. If you're like me and want to stop worrying about unsightly hairs I would definitely recommend.

Good but abit messy
I put the wax in the microwave for 2 minutes and this wasn't nearly enough time to heat the wax up to a consistency like honey. In fact the wax was absolutely rock solid. (the microwave I used is the same as what's suggested on the packet). I think I must have microwaved it for another 6 times at 10 minute intervals before it was like honey. Once you've stirred the wax around with the wooden sticks it gets very messy and stretches about like chewing gum and it gets everywhere. It was good at removing nose hair though and there is just a second of pain and then its gone. Far better than using tweezers to pull out the hairs individually which is just ridiculously painful. Again I had to put it in the microwave after I had made the first application to the one nostril as the wax hardens quite quickly, once you get it on the plastic spatula it WILL NOT come off so I had to throw about 4 away. Was wasteful. Not sure if I would buy this product again as I found it too messy!

Much better than using a trimmer in my opinion
I don't have excessive amounts of nose hair but I don't like the little that is there and find the stubble you get from trimming it unpleasant. I have also cut my nose more times than I am prepared to accept even with very highly popular and recommend trimmers. I read the other reviews for this product and, slightly reticent, took the plunge. I must say this is a brilliant idea and one well executed by the rather strangely named Nads. You follow the instructions and all goes well. Apart from the length of time required to melt the wax to the correct consistency in the microwave - that needs about seven minutes by my experience. I usually do six and a half and then keep checking it every ten seconds. The main event itself (once you have stuck a very fetching picture of a moustache over your facial hair if you have any - as you don't want to pull that off along with your nose hair) takes a little will power to give a short sharp tug on the applicator once the wax has had 90 seconds to set. However, the result is a good one. I have purchased the product a number of times and would recommend it. Occasionally I have had a very small area of soreness for a few days after use almost like a little spot inside my nostril. But this has been more than compensated by the overall satisfaction of having a hair free nose. I would add a couple of other considerations. Firstly, the pot of wax is massive compared to the number of applicators they give you in the pack. This isn't exactly a great thing to share but I have ended up chipping off the dried wax after use and reusing the applicators many times. This makes the product significantly better value even if it isn't something you would want to admit to. The other thing is that you have to keep this slightly strange product in your bathroom cabinet or somewhere others may see it. Even in this age of male grooming my better half is fairly amused by it. I think Nads should provide more applicators in the pack but would absolutely recommend this product to you.

Not as painful as I thought it would be
Reading some of the reviews you'd be forgiven for thinking nose waxing was a form of torture. It's not. First time nose hair waxer here, never had it done professionally. I've used nose hair trimmers before though and it's recommended the hair be around 3mm (specified shorter than 3mm) when waxing. I suspect those feeling extreme pain are catching longer hairs which is always sore on any part of the body. I used this kit 3 times so far, no problems. My nose hair was short, I followed the heating instructions and checked temperature on my wrist before inserting. I just left it on for 2 minutes, checking the edge to make sure it was hard. Yank and it will come out with minimal pain. For small amounts of wax left behind I would yank it If I could, otherwise just pick it away. I sometimes used the same spatula a second time if a little hair was left. I didn't use it for nose smoothing. I recommend buying extra spatulas if you continue to use it. I repeated after around 4 weeks after each waxing. The hairs were a tad finer prior to the third waxing.

My nose hair product
I like the product it does what’s supposed to do but needs to be a tad bit longer so it reaches more of the nose hairs but other than that it works

Got for you if you are wasting your time in nose hair
This was the third time I got this product. It is excellent but as it says 4 weeks, for me it works for 1 weeks only. After 1 week again I have to wax my nose

Easy to use, efficient and reliable.
After using for years tweezers, I took a leap of faith (actually I was just lazy) and decided to buy the wax kit. Great decision. Regarding the pain, I cannot describe the level of pain since I am very much used to the pain from the tweezers, but after I applied and pulled the first stick, the sound it made made my wife panic and asked me if I need help. The only useful description about the pain level is that there was no blood and that I didn't cry (which happens with the tweezers, once in a while) but I did have a running nose. Please keep in mind that I am a very hairy person, so besides me only bigfoot can describe a more serious pain-level in hair removal. Other things to know: I had to apply the wax multiple times (I used all the sticks) in order to reach the required target It does pull very well, even if you hold it for less time or if you have longer hair than 2-4mm (as they recommend on the instructions). Make sure you apply some baby oil on your mustache (if you intend to keep it after this process) because you might accidentally get wax on you mustache. It didn't come off in my case (because I didn't know how sticky it is and how hard it aches if you pull the mustache) and I had to cut my mustache. I cried a little bit here, but not because of pain. Make sure you use some covers around yourself, because you might drip wax and it comes off quite hard. Reuse the sticks by putting them in the freezer for 15 minutes. The wax on them becomes very brittle and comes off easily
