Ram Mount® – RAM SHORT DOUBLE SOCKET ARM FOR 1 "Ball Bases

Very pleased with the quality of this double ended RAM mount ball clamp connector. Helps create a nice sturdy link between the 25mm ball on my handlebars and the RAM Satnab bracket. Excellent service too by the supplier - Sportouring Ltd.

We had to return this product as there was a fault with it. The customer service was fantastic, they were quick to resolve our issue and sent out a replacement as soon as the issue was raised. The new item recieved is spot on and no issues. I would highly recommend this seller. Great customer service and communication.

RAM mounts are all good; interchangable parts that can be mixed and matched to mount more or less anything securely. All the parts are well-made, black-coated aluminium or impact plastics. This arm is short enough that using the RAM ball mount (RAM-B-367) that bolts to the handlebar clamp, and the RAM mount (RAM-B-347) on the Gramin Rugged mount, I can mount my Garmin Montana 600 dead centre, low between the handlebars on my Bonneville SE. It's a 'low-profile' and elegant solution that doesn't even obscure my idiot lights. It's a lot better looking than mounting higher on a handlebar using those awful U-clamps.

As with all RAM products, a quality piece of kit.

I'm using this on a super sport with the 'Ultimateaddons Motorcycle Fork Stem Yoke Mount Attachment' (Which I also highly recommend). Other reviews have stated they received a plastic version. Mine is metal and appears to be very durable. I can't deny the quality is excellent even if it is overpriced for what it is. It is a good length for a sports bike (GSXR 1000). I might have wanted an extra inch,... but isn't that always the case? ;) When I bought mine I was unaware of the existence of the security knobbed version of these. Which I would have bought instead had I been. It would only take seconds for someone to unscrew this and steal your mount. As such I have to remove mine and carry it with me in my backpack if I plan on leaving my bike unattended for any length of time. Luckily it turns out you can buy the security knob separately (RAP-S-KNOB3), which I'll be investing in shortly.

Ideal size and grip for use with my motorcycle

Fantastic, works a treat. Makes my set up for SAT NAV unobtrusive, so I can see my Motorcycle gauges easier.

On the whole Ram stuff is expensive when compared to other mounting hardware but I haven't found anything that comes close in convenience and sturdiness. I've dropped my motorbike and this mount hasn't moved at all. Can't knock the quality.

Alle Befestigungen für mobile Geräte (Navigationsgeräte, Notebook, Smartphone etc.) im Fahrzeug haben wir durch das RAM Mountsystem nach und nach ersetzt. Vorteilhaft ist die Vielfalt der Befestigungsmöglichkeiten und die Auswahl der einzelnen Komponenten sowie die qualitätiv robuste Ausführung. Das ist bei dem 60mm Arm nicht anders. Haben uns mal zum Vergleich ein ähnliches Halteteil gekauft, dass die Hälfte kostet und auch mit den Kugeln geklemmt werden kann. Funktioniert auch, ist etwas leichter. Mal sehen, wie sich beide Teile langfristig bewähren. RAM steht dabei ziemlich zweifelsfrei an der Spitze. Wer sicher gehen will, sollte sich m.E. für RAM Mount entscheiden.

Je possède d'autres bras et accessoires RAM, il semble que désormais ils sont noir mat et plus noir satiné... Mais ça fait le job !
