This is just veg. So basically its a soup with sweetener and no folic acid? Does one spray of soup a day really work?

My daughter uses B12 spray because it is recommended for vegans. This is a vitamin supplement not soup.

it does have a use by date ,just over a year from when it arrived.taking the recommended dose it lasts 140 days.

Can anyone tell me if this is working for them & what difference it has made?

It really does work .. I have ME/Chronic fatigue and I can feel the difference in my energy when I take it. It's short-lived for me, but does at least perk me up. I gave some to my 70yr old mum at my brother's wedding, and she was up dancing all night!
