Work well and compatible with Echelon bikes
I'm new to this whole cycling thing and since buying gadgets is easier to get excited about than actually getting on the spin bike I have, naturally, been acquiring random cycling paraphernalia.First off, these clips are compatible with the Echelon EX3 bike's included pedals. Fitting them on to my shoes was very straightforward, provided off course you have a hex bit (Metric H4) for your screwdriver.Clipping in and out was a little tricky initially but I suspect that's more my inexperience than the product. Once clipped in, they feel secure and I've had no accidental disconnections.If you're in the market for an SPD set then these are definitely worth a look.

Easy to install
I bought these to replace the delta cleats that came installed with my spin shoes. It was easy to replace and these clipped nicely into my spin bike pedals.Just make sure you install them the right way round as I installed one foot incorrectly and I couldn’t clip out of the pedal! If your shoe gets stuck in the pedal and can’t clip out then you have installed it incorrectly!

Easy to install, smooth clipping in and out. My last pair lasted well over two years with daily commuting, so clearly they are durable too.
