I notice when I don’t take it as I have less energy mental and physical. Of course this would be the case even if I had been taking another brand but the ingredients in Terra Nova are from plant sources and there is a lot of ingredients. Worth a read of the label. For this reason I only take this brand and have been taking their vit b complex for years.The noticeable result is better energy.

This is probably one of the best B complex vitamins available. This is essentially a 'clean' product (free from fillers, animal products and other usless chemicals). Contains strong concentrations of B vitamins in their most bioavailable forms. Really helps especially during stressful times.

Great quality & natural source.Not happy however at the size of the box it was sent in as a stand alone item, when I ordered three items. An absolute waste of packaging materials.
