This is great information to know and for kids to learn, I believe there was a misspelled word (growth = erowth )In Iron but great poster.

This is a great to have either at home, office or in a school settings for anyone and everyone. Reading this will help you plan your diet based on what you need for your health.

The content was ok, a bit repetitive in spots, but the printing quality wasn’t great. They were a little blurry which was a bummer. They are on a canvas type fabric so pretty durable but I couldn’t get over the blurry print.

Print sometimes too small to read. Wanted to laminate them, but was told no it would melt them, sh had to spend a extra $25.00 to buy frames to put them in. I like the quick reference of the food for nutrition purposes.

Product was surprisingly high quality for the cost made from vinyl so I can reuse in my FCS classroom year after year.

I liked that the 3 posters gave 3 different approaches to a healthy diet. For example my daughter and son-in-law could relate to different posters. Also they are colorful and esthetically pleasing.

I was so disappointed in this purchase. I was looking forward to decorating my office with these but unfortunately the print is too small!

I wish that there were bigger lists to the example foods for each section. It's very fun to look at on the wall when taking a moment while working. Some of the verbiage could be better written, but not a bad poster.
