best glue in the universe!
Great for bonding all sorts of materials such as metal, glass, plastic, stone, ceramic, etc. Easy to mix and apply and dries crystal clear. Doesn't turn yellow like some other cheap epoxies. I just love working with this as it bonds so well and has a decent amount of working time to set your pieces just right.. around 1-3 min for small batches, in my experience.. After that it gets stringy and harder to work with. I always keep this on hand and use it for so many things! Looks cloudy when mixed but trust me... It's as clear as glass when it sets completely in about 24hrs.If you pull the plunger back a bit before you re-cap it, it saves a lot of mess in the cap and makes it easier to level both sides out a bit better for the next time you use it. I store it upright as well to keep it from getting too many air pockets.

Beware of air
I found from experience that the amounts of liquid in each side of the double syringe are not equal. I left the syringe sitting vertically on its plunger for a while before opening, to allow all the air bubbles to come to the top and I found the levels were different. I had to discard the excess from one side while pressing the plunger until all the air was expelled from the low side.Once you extrude 2 lines using the syringe you have a couple of minutes thoroughly to mix the 2 parts together, which is absolutely necessary for the mixture to harden properly. This means you don't have long to apply it before it starts thickening.Once it has set hard it makes an excellent bond, as you would expect from a company such as Devcon.

Great stuff...I make sure I always have a tube handy.
Great product...I've used this for all sorts of stuff. My wife is a keen gardener and last summer she managed to break hear favourite giant plant pot. The pot was big (and heavy...2 feet tall) so I was a little sceptical that the repair would last. Happy to report the pot is still going strong having survived the winter...I used the resin to first glue the pieces together...once it had dried I then mixed a second batch and coated the repair by brushing then resin on with a small brush to overlap the repair by an inch or so to seal from the moisture. Best results are to engineer repairs by cutting some "grab" points for the resin on slippery materials so once dry it's the shape of the resin that holds the repair...better than just relying on the stickability I think...I try to do this when repairing plastics for example.

Ideal strong glue
Ideal strong glue for gluing bails on to semi precious stones and glass. Easy to mix the 2 parts together with the dual applicator and get the quantities right. Unfortunately it gets harder to squeeze the hardener out once the glue gets a bit older, say after 1 month. It should say on the instructions to keep the glue in a cool, dark place, as this helps keep the glue softer in the tubes for longer. If you do this, the glue keeps well for a year or more.

Meets the specs, consistently
For a 5 min epoxy, it's perfect. It is not used to glue Boeing airplanes. If you want epoxy that is water-resistant, temperature-resistant, UV-resistant, clear, durable, machinable, strong etc., there are numerous options, prepare to pay100x more, cure for 100 longer, and learn about surface preps, primers, autoclaves etc.

Nice but not perfect.
Not the best for attaching metal findings to metal bits. I have had to resort to a superglue gel, which works much more effectively, but overall it's not a bad epoxy for most purposes.

Very good product.
Very good product and sets in the 5 minutes, however like most epoxy products it takes a few days to lose the slightly tacky feel on the surface. A big advantage is it dries completely clear so is excellent for repairs that are in view.
