Are these real A4+, dimensions bigger than A4, thus 24 x 32?

The pages are A4 - the plus bit allows for the perforated strip where the wire binding goes. When you remove the page, it's exactly A4.

do you get pink out of the five you recive?

I ordered two sets although I did get a mixture of colours as in one of the sets that I did receive contained pink, whereas the other set I had received contained black with a mixture. I honestly think it's just a mixture of colours per set.

Are these the new scribzee compatible, durable (plastic) cover notebooks?

This particular product has a paper cover, not plastic. Plastic cover Scribzee notebooks are available though.
