Bradley Technologies Smoker Bisquettes 48 Pack

It is a nice smoke flavour. Used it to make pastrami and I am thrilled with the result.As always, the quality of the Bisquettes is good, very reliable burning and smoke production.

I often use the Hickory to smoke bacon, chicken and turkey. Lovely sweet aromatic flavour.

I have been using these for a while in my bradley smoker. The hickory smokes very well and leaves a nice hickory smoke taste on my ribs. I use this for for Ribs, Pork Butt, and Brisket. It's very strong on chicken, I do not recommend using this flavor on chicken.

Love this smoke flavor when I smoke Ribs, Pork Loin or Pork Butt. 1 bisquette gives about 22 minutes of smoke so about 8 are needed for a bunch of ribs. Great taste and value if you have a Bradley Smoker.
