will this give a nice shine to a 15 year old, dull black car?

I’d suggest you buy the autoglym polish first (similar price to this stuff). So clean the car with two bucket method, wait to dry and then polish up. Then a few hours later in the cooler evening, quick water spray over and then add this stuff whilst wet. The polish will lift the paint work back to a shine and wax will seal it and add hydrophobic properties to the bodywork so that it lasts longer. Hope this helps! P.S. this stuff smells amazing!

Does it remove very fine scratches?

No, it is a paint enhancing post wash instead of a chamois dry. Use the super resin polish for fine scratch removal.

Can you use this after t cut as a sealant

I don't think so, it isn't a strong enough wax kit. May be better using a strong wax with plenty of carnauba (or even a new generation sealant - known as a treatment).
