I am really pleased with this gel. I recently had knee replacement surgery, 6 weeks to be precisely and I have been using this product. The medical people are amazed at how flat and quickly my scar has been healing. I am disappointed about the size of the tube so I had to purchase it twice. I use it twice a day, mostly after my morning shower and before I go to bed at night. It is good to massage the area for a while. I have also used it on some old scars which are fading. I guess that compared to some of the products that have 5 stars, this is well worth the price....

Very good for the cost. This is slightly 'thinner' in texture than some scar Gels, plus point it spreads very easily, slight down side it takes a bit longer to 'dry', but in some circumstances this can be useful as it gives time to massage the scar during application, scar massage is recommended by most surgeons to ameliorate scars.

I had surgery on my foot in August 2017, it was a successful tendon repair operation and I had intensive physio. Six months later, my scar looked raised, crinkly and purple and was rubbing on my shoes while walking. I have been using this gel for nearly a week and have seen a huge difference in such a short period of time; it looks flatter so doesn't rub on my shoes and it looks paler, and I even feel like I have more flexibility in the scar, hence flexibility in my foot ..... I am so impressed with this product!

out of date product - best before 02.2018???? Not acceptable!

So far so good..smoothed out scars and seem to be fading. Comment re-out of date bbe 02-18..thats why its been reduced so much..please read product details..date is on there prior to buying thanks x

Worked well and helped heal scar tissue. The only downside is that it contains vitamin E which causes hair to grow.
