where can i get more sticky pads and silicone glue?

We just use gorilla double sided tape and it works great so far

No. Mine has been up for months. There is an adesive supplied. I would recommened you use it

Yes. I had this before after a period of time. I think it is a reaction of the moisture and soap in the area it is fitted. I remove my dispenser weekly to clean which should minimise this issue
