Easy repair for exhaust and bracket
Had to purchase this as during an inspection under my car I found the exhaust mounting bracket had broken away from the exhaust. So after making up a ball of this I applied it to the arm and exhaust, the adhesion was very good with no messiness. The bracket held to the exhaust and I left the vehicle to sit for a day and then took it for a long drive and checked the exhaust which was still held in place so this has good strength and durability. Hopefully this will last!

Repaired middle silencer along seam
I used this on a middle silencer along the original weld seam which had split slightly and was causing it to blow.Firstly, I suggest you use a wire brush to remove any loose metal or rust. I also applied Hammerite Kurust rust converter to the area to prevent any rusting occurring behind the repair. This was left to fully dry. This product was kneaded together and then pressed into, on top of, and around the split, and then extended the entire length of the seam. This took an hour, but only because I wanted to make sure the putty was sealed up against the metal as best as possible. It was left to cure over night, and driven the next day.No more blowing that I could feel/hear.3 weeks later, the car passed MOT.I would say it's worth it before purchasing an entire new exhaust replacement. Finally, there is a slight smell which has faded over time. Others reporting of a strong smell must have it on a hotter component. On the middle or rear silencer, I would say there's very little smell after 3 weeks.
