Stops shoe rubbing on my bunion.
Good, helps the pain a lot.

Great for total pain relief - simple but totally effective
I have only just realised that I have a bunion - a swollen toe joint - this issue makes it difficult to wear firm shoes so I had been switching to trainers, however with these plasters the pain was totally alleviated.

Amazing for bunions!
I am relatively young at 56 and have dorsal bunions due to a lifetime of horse riding. These bunion plasters are incredible - I tried them for the first time yesterday after being in pain enough to make me limp. Immediate relief, and in the morning the pain was gone (I don’t know how!) and I was back in my wellies walking normally. Getting my next pack now in preparation!

Excellent protection, great adhesion
The plasters are like a smooth flexible second skin, and provided you properly clean beforehand (I use meths) beforehand, stick very well. I think they are better than the oval foam pads as they are thinner, cause less friction with your sock or boot, and don’t overly increase the width of the foot, which if you have a bunion, is counter productive.

Comfortable
I bought these for a tender bunion which had rubbed on my boots. As long as you apply them carefully without any wrinkles they are comfortable to wear. They stop the friction caused by shoes rubbing. They stay attached for several days even after daily showers so although the y seem fairly expensive a pack of 5 should last about a month

Il est vrai que les deux premiers pansements se sonbt décollés lors de la pose. J'ai tenté un troisième essai : le pansement n'a pas bougé depuis trois jours. A voir avec lesd deux qui me restent.
