Very effective and mild to the system as it doesn't cause diahrrea and it does not deplete the body's iron level. Additionally, I didn't have to soak it overnight, I simply mixed it with bottled water and drank it on the spot.

I was buying DE from this seller directly three years ago and now i am disappointed with the taste as it has some chemical taste to it rather than chalky. Not sure why this might be....
