I think it may have been discontinued which makes me so sad, as I don't know of another which is similar. It comes in a tall bottle, with the bulk of the bottle acting as a handle for the brilliant applicator, which is made of the same material as those weird pens people used to use to tap on a touchscreen instead of using their finger! The product powder clings to it, which makes it easy to apply straight to the eye brow, filling in areas between hairs and giving a more uniform look to the brow.
