d-c-fix vinyl wrap Marmi gray marble effect 67,5 cm x 2 m - sticky back plastic roll for furniture, kitchen & cupboards - contact paper sticker self adhesive film

The tiles in our bathroom had a 90's swirly gold border which was looking tired and outdated. I decided to try this as a temp measure to compliment the marbled counter tops & give an instant tile upgrade, as the main body of plain grey tiles were still in great condition so didn't need removing. I thought no loss in trying this. The vinyl is quite thick and easy to cut with sharp scissors. There are lines on the back to help measuring/cutting. I cut each piece to fit over the border section, leaving a gap between the tiles where the grout is, to give a more 'realistic' effect. Super easy to apply (just make sure your surface is dry). If you need to during the initial application you can take off and reattach if you need to straighten up etc. I used a plastic loyalty card to help ease out any airbubbles. I've found once stuck in situ it stays there, doesn't slip. Being in a bathroom I was keen to see how it faired when wet, so far so good! One note of caution, if using over something dark (such as a dark tile or patterny surface) you may be able to see this faintly through the vinyl. I like this product, I like the light grey marble design, I like the myriad of ideas it could be used for, I also like the price, excellent value for the quality and quantity (£5 when I purchased). I have plenty left over so am looking for more things around the house to marblize! :) Recommend... *oh except for the packaging, the roll came in a ginormous box, which seemed a bit unnecessary and wasteful.

This is a fantastic product, it brightened up the whole downstairs toilet. Have started the utility room yet as it a little tricky but have some patience and the results are great.Make sure you have some sort of card (an old credit card will do) just to get the bubbles out. I also used a white sealant to finish it off.Would definitely buy again.

I absolutely love this product! Fantastic value, prompt delivery and turned an old, worn out desk into a beautiful, clean new study area. The vinyl feels smooth and decent quality, looks fantastic and definitely more expensive than it is. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that it was a bit tricky to apply - you need to be really patient and careful! However, I reapplied it SEVERAL times and it never lost its stickiness, so it's not an issue if you find that you need to do this. There are still some tiny creases and bubbles, but nothing major - I can live with them, considering the overall brilliant quality and excellent price. I would highly recommend, and will be using this product again!

I'm renting and we can't make any major changes to the house. However the house has some old ugly features that make it not great to live in.I heard of stick on wallpaper from Queer Eye and had to try! So I got some MDF board and placed this marble effect over it. Then cut it to size to fit the fire place. Looks 100x better!It's tricky to use at first but after some practice you learn how it behaves. There is a sort of smoothing squeegee tool I wish I got but I only needed it for a small area.Idk if there is a bulk buy deal? But I wouldn't want to buy loads unless there was. However for just the one roll I think it's a very fair price.
