Rimmel Fix & Perfect Makeup Primer, 30ml (Pack of 1)

This is a good primer for everyday use, as it's fairly inexpensive compared to some others while performing just as well as the much more costly primers I've previously used.

It’s affordable and amazing 🤩 I love how it feels and glides on so silky Since I began using I have found my makeup sits much better, lasts longer and blends more easily I am not sure if it contains sun protection but I got caught on a day that looked overcast when it began at the seaside on holiday which turned into a scorcher… and had no sunblock in my handbag however whilst everywhere else on me is peeling now- my face hasn’t and has a lovely tan! I tend to use moisturiser, then the primer and a tinted moisturiser and really find I no longer need foundation when I use it under a tinted moisturiser, it just smooths everything perfectly and stops it slipping off or looking too greasy within a few hours but I have used it with full foundation and been amazed by the difference when I didn’t use this primer to using it. My cousin is a make up artist and introduced me to this one over much more expensive brands as this is her favourite too! My only gripe is I wish it was available in larger sizes although the convenience of carrying it in my handbag doesn’t disappoint me but since I use it everyday I wouldn’t mind a larger tube for at home as well as handbag sized - that said it does last me a month or two despite using everyday because you really don’t need that much with how it glides easily when you first apply it

I purchased this Rimmel primer for the first time around a month ago and have been using it ever since. I wasn't sure it was going to work for me as I have sensitive skin that drys out easily, but so far I have been very impressed with this product. Having dry skin means I have tended to avoid foundations day to day and only really wear it on a night out, instead using a tinted BB cream for everyday. I have pretty clear skin so don't need heavy coverage but I am very pale so any dark circles/blemishes tend to stand out and during winter months my skin can look very dull so a light foundation is a godsend. As my skin can dry out easily wearing foundation evend with a good moisturiser can leave me looking a little patchy after a few hours especially if out in the elements, so finding this primer has made all the difference. I now apply my moisturiser and leave for a good 10 min's before applying this primer. I then apply either a BB cream for a light and much more dewy finish than I was previously achieving, or L'Oréal True Match foundation for days when I want a little more coverage. I set with a loose translucent powder and get a lovely health looking glow all day. No dry patches in sight and my skin looks a lot brighter. I've had no issues with sensitivity using this product and it feels like silk when you apply it to your face. For the price it's a brilliant essential for any make up bag.

It's a good primer can be worn with out without makeup, spreads lovely over your skin, it's not a thick texture, only thing I don't like about this primer it's not good for oily skin.

I’ve tried many primers over the years and I really like this one. I don’t wear heavy makeup, so I didn’t want to pay too much, and the price of this primer is great. The matte finish helps control the oiliness of my skin, and my foundation doesn’t crack when I use it. Definitely a great product.
