Are these films colour negative or black/white negative? The description says colour negative but it says that the box contains black/white negative

'Kodak Gold' film is for colour photographs. I cannot think why it says black & white, except that it physically looks black and white when you take it out of its case. Maybe someone who does not know about film wrote the description.

My camera is canon prima bf-80. i wondered if 24 or 36exposure has anything to do with lighting that the camera wont be compatible with?

The 24 or 36 is just the number of shots or pictures you can take, the 200 is the film 'speed' which basically means the higher the number the lower the light conditions can be to take a photo without flash, so films with a speed of 100 are slower (need more light to produce image) whereas 800 is faster and produce images with less available light, hope that helps...
