Having read the reviews about lowering blood sugar levels so thought i would try them, have to say im not dissatisfied there great for keeping my sugar levels with in range, very small tablets so easy to swallow, arrived quickly and was well packaged, much cheaper then holland and barrat plus more tablets for your money, will definitely be a regular customer, great seller thankyou

The packaging claims that each tablet weighs 2000mg (2g), but this is not at all accurate - the whole bottle and all the tablets weigh 55g (INCLUDING the bottle). Apparently it contains 150 tablets. Each tab cannot be 2 grams.

Have only just started these will give update in about a month . I would have prefered capsules ,these are like a small asprin ,they are easy to take .I had been taking cinnamon in its powder form but found it began to make me feel sink , so hope these do the trick . There is no after taste with them .

I don’t recall this being described as extract when I bought it, however that is what it is. Haven’t noticed the benefits from this supplement compared to just actual Ceylon cinnamon.

The bottle did contain the amount of tablets indicated on the label however these are not 2000mg tablets. Each tablet is approx 80mg.

I recently bought 500mg cinnamon from Holland and Barrett. These 2000mg tablets are not four times bigger. They weight 0.23g /tablet on digital scales (H&B tablets weigh 0.17g). The reason I weighted the tablets is because they do not look to be as stated. They do however appear to be around the weight as shown by the digital scales
