Tasty Protein Bar
These bars are very tasty, the Peanut Nutter flavour delivers a satisfying crunch with a rich, nutty taste that doesn’t feel artificial. They pack a solid 20g of protein per bar, making them a great post-workout snack or midday pick-me-up. The low sugar content is a bonus if you're watching your intake. They are a bit pricey but if taste and quality matter to you, they’re worth the splurge.

Tasty, but pricey.
Really nice flavour. Love peanut butter flavour chocolate bars. Bit pricey, but delicious with 20 grams of protein.

Gave me reflux
Tastes good, quick protein hit, unfortunately I won’t be eating them as the my first bar (eaten at 7pm) gave me reflux.

They do the job!
They do the job, tasty, low in sugar, calories not too high. I have one of these on Gym days for part of my breakfast.

I do not like the White Choc Cookie at all compared to other Grenade bars.
So, I’ve tried all the Grenade flavours and I really don’t like these White Chocolate Cookies & Cream ones. Neither does my 21 year old son who likes Grenade bars also. I don’t like the filling, find it very dry and overtakes the white chocolate. If you love while chocolate their White Chocolate Peanut ones are sooooooo nice. I’m sticking with them in the future. I guess it’s just personal taste as I’m sure thousands love this flavour. But the White Chocolate Peanut ones have lush peanut pieces in the very generous topping and a yummy caramel layer then chewy nougat type centre. I’d not get the Cookies one again. Low sugar protein bars are a literal life saving treat or meal replacement or a snack treat for me. I have Type II diabetes so can’t have any sugar filled things. I have Grenade bars in the house for that craving knowing it won’t put my blood sugars up. If you look at total comparison stats on even a plain smaller bar of normal chocolate Highly recommend for whatever reason you get them! I wish these low sugar bars were around when my children were younger as I’d have them always in the house for a much healthier chocolate fix.

this peanut butter grenade bar is the best tasting nutrition bar I've bought so far, altho' regular price is much too expensive imo, I bought these after reading reviews and because they were discounted to $30, which is still a tad high for me but they're worth it, 20gr of protein in a yummy tasting, guilt free snack ... wil buy more when they're on sale for sure. Expiry date for this lot is August 24 so no fear of out of date waste

Voilà plusieurs mois que je consomme ce produit, ça devient une drogue pour moi lol. Au niveau du goût j'aime bien au beurre d'arachide, je ne trouve pas cela écoeurant et en plus il y a seulement 2 gramme de sucre pour 60 gramme de produit. En résumé un bon apport en protéine et un bon goût assez addictif et une bonne collation pour les petits et les gros creux. La seul chose qui est un peu embarrassante c'est le prix.
