As expected from pure Beta Alanine, this product gives a great boost to workout endurance, especially for high-rep exercises. It mixes easily in water with no noticeable flavour (which is good). Be aware of the usual 'tingle' effect, which confirms it's working.

First time using this supplement, was great value when purchased. Produces a what can be best described as tingling feeling, increased endurance during workouts was spot on. Not essential , but great value and worth a shot!

A certainty to any supplementation program.
One the best ingredients for my home made concoction pre-workout drinks. Add it to BCAA then mix it up and down it goes along with a caffeine tab or two. Research has shown the benefits of beta-alanine supplementation to improve muscle endurance and support muscle strength. I know when I am out out of Beta Alanine as I can notice the differences is certain gym sessions. Once drank like most users I do experience the tingles from the Beta Alanine. The reason for these tingles is "paresthesia" which is a harmless tingling (or itching, burning, prickling, numbness) sensation that many people feel after ingesting beta-alanine via their pre-workout subside after a short while, roughly 15 minutes, and from regular use overall effects are barely noticeable yet the product will still aid performance. How does beta-alanine work? beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid that binds to histidine to form muscle carnosine. Carnosine buffers, or neutralizes, the hydronium ions that lead to muscle fatigue and failure. A little routine I used to get over the initial feelings of the tingles when I first stared using Beta Alanine was: Take ½ scoop of my pre-workout at my normal time (15-30 min before working out) Take the other ½ scoop 20 minutes later (on my way to the gym or as I began warming up) Over a few weeks of doing this I found that I was able to increase the amount in my one preworkout drink. Every 4 to 6 weeks I would take a break for a few weeks then start another cycle. I keep on buying this particular brand of Beta Alanine as it has proven to work for me. A certainty to any supplementation program.

Its value for money buying from Bulk. Quality is good and effectiveness. Giving you a boost of energy level for your work out. Follow the amount recommended and you won’t be disappointed. Taste it’s ok not to bad at least for me. Smell no issue at all

Ich nehme das Beta-Alanin (6g) mit Citrullin (6g) und einer reduzierten Füllkappe meines Pre-Workout Boosters, da mir die da drinnen enthaltenen 175mg Koffein pro serving doch zu stark sind. In diesem Booster ist relativ wenig Citrullin und Beta-Alanin drin, deshalb helfe ich da etwas nach. Angefangen hatte ich mit dem Booster, bevor ich Beta-Alanin und Citrullin gesondert kaufte. Also kann man schon behaupten, dass das Beta-Alanin wirkt. Beim 1. Mal Beta-Alanin dachte ich, ich bin in einen Sandhaufen gefallen. Ständig kribbelte es überall (auch zwischen den Beinen). Das Training war gut und ich konnte wirklich mehr Wiederholungen als ohne machen. Die Erholungsphasen sind ebenfalls kürzer zu spüren. Mit Erholung meine ich nicht zwischen den Trainings, sonder im Training zwischen den Sätzen. Also das reduzierte Koffein war es nicht, denn ich habe einfach die Sätze und Wiederholungen durchtrainiert. Klar ist irgendwann die Grenze erreicht, aber es hilft. Eben immer in Verbindung mit Citrullin und dem anderen. Das Kribbeln hört nach einer kurzen Zeit bei mir auf und war jetzt in den Folgewochen nicht mehr immer so extrem zu verspüren. Es kommt auf die Tagesform an, denn am Ende der letzten Woche hat es wieder mehr gekribbelt. Also kein Gewöhnungseffekt bei mir. Ich trainiere 2-3x pro Woche. Jeden Tag würde ich das eh nicht nehmen. Um eine noch aussagekräftigere Bewertung zu machen, müsste man alleine nur Beta-Alanin zu sich nehmen ohne all die anderen Sachen. Aber da das Kribbeln ja zu spüren ist, heißt das, der Körper hat es aufgenommen und verarbeitet es auch. Der Preis war auch ok.
