PedalPro Shock Resistant Exercise Bike/Trainer Floor Protector Mat

Bought this to sit under my spin bike on a laminated floor. Does an excellent job of providing a non slip surface and supreme noise reduction. Particularly important as I live in a 2nd floor apartment. When not used as a floor protector it doubles as a mat for sit ups, press ups and most floor exercises as well as a non slip covering for standing exercises such as lunges, and even burpees, it just does not budge an inch. Good size and great quality rubberised memory foam really does the trick. Brilliant value for money and highly recommended.

I purchased this mat for my spin bike so it can protect my flooring. It's really good and does the job. Plenty of space for all bikes to fit on and the quality is really good. The mat is thick and makes riding the spin bike a much quieter experience. I've tried it on carpet aswell and works really well. Cant really get much better to be honest. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for protection of flooring/carpet.

The mat is thick and well-finished, with a dense rubber feel that immediately suggests good durability. It lies flat straight out of the packaging and doesn’t give off a strong rubber smell, which is a plus for indoor use. Once in place, it does an effective job of absorbing vibration and preventing movement during workouts. The surface grips the floor and the exercise bike well, reducing noise and protecting flooring from scuffs and sweat. It’s sized appropriately for most standard home trainers and exercise bikes. After regular use, it shows minimal wear and remains firmly in position. While simple in design, it does exactly what it’s intended to do and feels built to last. Good value if you want to protect floors and keep equipment stable.

Alhough the x-1000 fitness bike is well made and sturdy at a reasonable price, I find using the device is not comfortable for me. I am 170 cm in height and weigh under 70 kg so of moderate build. The seat is soft, wide and spongy and also has only height adjustment, this has proved uncomfortable, especially for the glutials and knees. The height and angle for the handle bars are fixed and, together with positioning of the pedals, this is not conduisive for physical maintenance or development. A further annoyance is that the frame width has proved a source of discomfort with my knees and inner the inner soft tissue structure of my legs occasionally in contact with the frame and accesory box that is attached to the frame. Although this review may appear to be negative, I do believe that this product can perhaps be effective and comfortable when used by other individuals with different body shapes. Another plus is that delivery was prompt and assembley not difficult.
