These are the perfect daily multivitamin for men and women.

I have tried many multivitamins and ended up having to take them in individual formats because it worked better for me that way. I gave this a go and it works for me.It is also easy enough to swallow. I went for a blood test and was told I had good levels of the key vitamins and minerals, so that is confirmation that it is working.

You get what you pay for, we all know that. Read the literature to understand why this company do things the way they do.

Well, I read the reviews, some saying they taste and smell foul, nope, not my lot anyhow, more a sort of Sanatogen smell, I don't mind it, the tablets are small enough to go down easily, and I really feel the benefit. I only take one a day, as my diet is pretty good, and I have Hashimotos, so need to be careful about iodine, but yes, I'll stick with these, I reckon. Late middle age, any bit of help is useful! And I don't have digestive issues with them either, actually, come to think of it IBS has disappeared, I wonder if there is a connection? I paid for these, only discovered them on Amazon and kind of liked the sound of them, no paid review here. They feel good to me.
