Its cheap but good quality

A supposedly trustworthy brand.
Seems like a very good supplemental source of vitamins and minerals but how can one know for sure. Trust in the brand name is the basis for my purchase but what is this based on...? I'm not sure how one finds out if these products can be trusted or whether they are heavily loaded with fillers....?

Ok so this Multivitamin is easy to swallow and gives you a wide range of vitamins and minerals I have being taking these for 3 months now, Do I feel different well to be honest no even though I am all these extra vits and mins I don't feel like a new person but just knowing I am helping my body and health is a benefit. With todays food most vits and mins are lost so that extra help cant be a bad thing right?

Excellent tablets. Contains all the goodness I need daily, mainly the iron content which lots of others don't seem to provide your full Daily allowance. Easy to swallow, no side effects for me.
