I definitely recommend this! I've already noticed a change in colour.
I've only had this for one day but I'm already shocked. I have applied the cream twice to my upper bum where my stretch marks are and there is already a very noticeable difference. I've had these stretch marks for about a month or two and they started off red and turned to a dark purple colour. In one day they have gone from a bold dark purple, to a red colour that is not as dark or bold as the purple was. My boyfriend also noticed the difference before I got a chance to even ask.You should bare in mind that my stretch marks are not very old and I also have a condition that makes my naturally produced collagen faulty. I don't know if that could affect my results. I bought this because The reviews looked good and I agree with them already. I will edit my review to update on its effectiveness. The cream smells lovely and has made my skin feel soft. The cream spreads very well so I think that this bottle will last me a long time. I don't even need a full pump of cream to cover my entire bum (and my bum is a bit on the big side). It has already given me a little confidence boost and I am going to recommend this to my friend.

does the trick
Currently, 24 weeks and as I'm getting bigger this has been really helpful with where my skin is starting to stretch out where the baby is growing, So far no stretch marks I will be continuing to use this, It soaks in well, and isn't too greasy or sticky, has a pleasant smell.

AN EFFECTIVE BODY LOTION FOR ALL
My birthing stretch marks days are long gone but I have been using Palmers massage products for years now to keep my mature skin soft & supple. They work!I'm especially pleased with this lotion as it doesn't smell strongly of cocoa & once massaged into the skin it is quickly absorbed. Skin stays slightly moist over several hours but does not affect clothing. It can be used all over the body including your face. I find lotions & creams containing elastin much more effective for maintaining supple skin and this one fits the bill.I find that the pump design of this product is an additional bonus & I have one in the bathroom, kitchen & bedroom so I can use the Lotion throughout the day. It's a MUST HAVE for us golden gals, & even suitable for gents as well.

Love it!
I am currently 31 weeks pregnant. From about 27 weeks I started to get small white stretch marks (I hadn't used any products up until this point) so I started to use bio oil twice a day. And suddenly within a week my bump was covered in deep purple stretch marks. I read through a few reviews on bio oil most people were raving over it but on some of the bad reviews people were claiming that bio oil enhanced there stretch marks and actually made them look worse!! I continued to use bio oil for a couple of weeks because other reviews were so good I thought I'd give it chance to work. But it did seem to be making them more purple and worse. So I started to look for something else, I came across Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Tummy Butter for Stretch Marks and Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Massage Lotion for Stretch Marks . The reviews were really good and reasonably cheap compared to bio oil. So I ordered them both. They arrived about a week ago and I've used both products every day and already my stretch marks have started to fade! I was actually shocked at how quickly they have started to go, they are no longer deep and purple looking they have faded so much in a week! I will be continuing to use these products throughout my pregnancy and hopefully won't develop any more. I would definitely recommend to use these from as early as possible in your pregnancy it is definitely worth the money!

I am obsessed with this cream!!!! Not just for pregnancy.
I first purchased this cream 6yrs + ago when I was pregnant with my eldest. I did use it semi regularly on bump along side the Bio-Oil, I'm not keen on oil though. Can't say I escaped with no stretch marks but I'm prone to them anyway. So why do I love this cream. When I was using it in pregnancy, I'd rub bump and then my hands and loved it as a hand moisturiser. It soaks in and leaves your hand feeling moisturised, and I have quite cold dry hands so it soaks in beautifully. I at some point ended up using it on my face one day and loved it there also. I have very sensitive skin and it doesn't trigger it at all it's great. It soaks straight in, doesn't feel like it's sitting on your skin, oily or other. Since then I have a bottle in several rooms in the house as I like to moisturise after every hand wash. I would be lost without it!! Occasionally someone will try and get me one as a gift and they always buy a non pregnancy version which just isn't the same / as nice for me. I like the smell, one of my friends doesn't but I would / and do recommend this to everyone <3 Sue

Strong smell!!
Agree with other reviews that the smell is a bit potent for pregnancy noses. It is a nice smell now, kind of a chocolate/cocoa butter smell, but for the first 12 weeks I couldn't really use it as it would make me retch!! Its a very strong smell!Used it every day since I could tolerate the smell, and so far no stretch marks. I know if I'm gonna get stretch marks I'm going to get them and no amount of creams and lotions is going to stop them, but it has been a nice moisturizer and if it helps reduce any stretch marks I may get then I'm happy. A little also goes a long way, and I like that it is a pump too.

Bought for my daughter to see if it would get rid of her small stretch marks after a growth spurt. Previously tried Bio Oil and this only made them red and angry. After nearly a year of using twice per day, her stretch marks are now completely faded and no longer visible. She has asked for more as says it leaves her skin very soft and smells really nice. Do not fall for the hype of other vastly more expensive creams that claim to work on stretch marks when this certainly works and is very cheap. Daughter is happy, so I am happy. #simples
