Eden Bench

Very good bench/outside storage unit. Seems weatherproof, so safe for storing garden tools including power tools. Comfortable and strong to sit on and good to look at. One person can assemble it but ideally they should be used to bulding flat pack furniture etc. Very nice and useful when built though. Would recommend!

Simple to put together, a good internal space for storage and the seat to lift to access it is easy and not heavy (but still strong). It seems pretty sturdy, says it can take a 250k load and it easily took 3 adults without an issue. Perfect size for the place I wanted it, and I like the fact that it has a fitting to put a padlock onto it if you want.

Brilliant. Very sturdy. Assembly is definitely a two man job though and a few tools required. Looks good and very roomy.

Don't panic about the reviews that say this bench is hard to put together. Most of it is push-fit connections, a Phillips screwdriver for the rest of the joints. Took me about 40 minutes to put together on my own but a second pair of hands would have shared off a bit of the time. The hardest part was clicking the lifting lid/seat but after a bit of joggling it clicked into place without effort. No broken pieces, no having to drill my own holes, all the holes lined up. Keter have either listened to customer reviews and improved the moulding or other have not sat down and read the instructions first. They have even listed the part number on the parts to remove the guesswork which traditionally leads me down the wrong path if I guess which is the left or right hand side. The bench itself is sturdy and has plenty of space for 2 people to sit on the reinforced pieces.

The plastic is not as sturdy as I was expecting and on putting it together a couple of the panels cracked. The instructions to erect are clear but some of the pieces didn't align and 'click' into place as they should have no matter how much force I applied, it was very frustrating. It looks nice and as a temporary garden storage solution it's fine but sadly I can't see it lasting very long, so more money will need to be spent at some point.

Lo compre a muy buen precio en Amazon Warehouse, aunque creo que era nuevo, solo el embalaje algo dañado. SE monta bien, alguna rebaba en el plástico pero nada importante, todo encajaba bien. Las instruciiones no son muy claras en algunos dibujos pero como el montaje es sencillo no ha sido problema. Queda muy aparante, es cómodo, con mucho hueco para guardar cosas (aunque no metería cosas muy pesadas) y en general estoy bastante contento.
