Do these contain trans fats?

Did they change the recipe recently? I have a box of the peanut butter sent every month and the last two batches taste differently.

I always buy the dark raspberry and peanut…they have definitely changed the recipe. I now find them inedible!

Smart phd has 23g carbs per bar - how can this be low carb?

23grams is low compared other protein bars and chocolate bars. It doesn’t say you do not have carbs at all. Please read description - it is low carb and around 1gr of sugar. Of course there will be sweeteners but they are everywhere nowadays. This is by far the best protein bar I have had. Grenade makes me bloat, SciMx makes my heart racing and others I do not like but PHD I could eat like non stop.
