What is the difference between mfp 4101fdw and mfp 4101fdwe?

The 'e' version is an HP+ variant that you DO NOT want to purchase (or support) as, once you have the HP+ service on a printer, the firmware restricts so that you can no longer use aftermarket ink/toner and can ONLY use HP ink/toner, nor can you downgrade the firmware to a pre-HP+ state. In addition, if you stop paying for the HP+ service, they disable the printer entirely. It's a ridiculous money grab scheme by the same people who charge more per ounce of printer ink than the same amount of solid gold.

Will this printer recognize and switch trays to print legal & standard size documents simultaneously? And will I need another tray?
