Deelichus !!!!
OK I usually let my Mom write the reviews but this time it was clearly my turn. When my usual twirly sticks were replaced with these rattle balls,I immediately knew my world had changed.I wasted no time chasing after them. They are so much more fun! I mean, how much can you really chase a stick? They are SO YUMMY. I usually ask for 3 or 4 and YES, I do count. I have learned EXACTLY where they are kept and I can TELL IMMEDIATELY if Mom has them in her purse. (OK, a couple times I THOUGHT FOR SURE they were in her purse and wouldn't stop bugging her and. finally she let me pretend to be a TSA agent and look all thru her purse and sure enough, no rattle balls that time! RATS!) I have tried the ENTIRE LINE of non rawhide treats and currently prefer the rattle balls over EVERYTHING ELSE. I have a very particular way of "himming" at Mom in a low pitched, "ahem" and I just stare at her with big eyes and usually I will get one. I will also sit and roll over b/c, it's totally worth it. These do not upset my tummy unless I go overboard so I stick to no more than a few a day...But WOW are they awesome!

What happened?
I bought one of these for the pups to try 'em out. They really like another product by same company we bought locally for $8. I saw this one for $3.24 and was all over it, for one, to try it out. That was two days ago. They arrived today, pups really like 'em. Momma said, get more, NOW!Today it's nearly $11 for the same thing! Walmart has this brand all over the place, took all the others off the shelf. These guys want to monopolize the market or something?I'm thinking that if it was an introductory price, OK, I get that. But that would have been nice to know ahead of time. I'm feeling like I've been had some how, tricked, bam-boozzled. Not happy. I'll find something else, some place else.

Long-lasting treat for Pugs
This little woven ball is a favorite of our 2 Pugs, Tater Tot and Angus (because you needed to know their names). They love this shape (we have bought this brand for years to avoid rawhide) and they have to open their mouths really wide to carry the balls to where they always eat their treats. Even the 2 year old who goes through edible and non-edible items like a tornado, is reasonably slowed down, which I love because he swallow things whole. They generally only get one treat today because Pugs gain weight by inhaling air and water, so a long lasting treat is pretty much a religious experience for these boys. Nice design. I'll buy them regularly.

All Fun, No Rawhide
Buddy is used to Dreambone for occasional treats. I like dreambone because they have no rawhide and I dont have to worry about what I'm giving him. (Rawhide can be tough on a dog's tummy) Overall it is a healthier choice than many other popular brands, keeping in mind it is still a treat and not a necessary part of a diet. Buddy seems to like this one much more than the other treats he had. He specifically wouldnt eat it until I tossed it for him to get. I have never seem him smack his mouth so much, and it is the first time he has sat by the treat drawer and looked at it. The rattling pieces on the inside caught is attention very quick and the price is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this product and brand, speaking for the both of us.

My finicky dachshund's favorite!
I originally found a similar item from Smart Bones. But have found this product meets or needs at a much better price! My dachshund, Gracie, is the most picky dog I've ever had. So since every time I shake these little balls, she comes running from wherever her active imagination has sent her. I was so glad she enjoys these since, although I haven't tasted my self, she has not shown any reaction from the change of brands. And I feel comfortable giving them to her as it provides a treat she can chew without the dangers of giving her rawhide. Since I've been giving her these I've noticed a decline in her eating my shoes or anything she can reach by Jumping on chair or stool to reach. ( She has even been able to steal makeup brushes and other items off by vanity in addition to electronics from partially open drawers on end tables) these have really reduced her distructive tendencies which is greatly appreciated. Also in addition has helped with potty training. I should mention she is the most non food motivated of any dog I've been exposed to in my 62 years as a dog owner. In conclusion this is a healthy offering that is well worth the price that helps meet my year old mini dachshund's chewing and taste approval. We both have happily added this to our monthly purchases.
