The media could not be loaded.  If I'm honest it was a bit of a pain to wire up. Mainly because nowhere does it say you need to bridge live to dry contact 1. Then dry contact 2 to boiler switch. Also obviously neutral to neutral. No earth is required. As for the app it was relatively easy to set up and works well with Alexa and Google. To be honest you get more feedback with Google only as it will tell me what the thermostat is set to and what the current temperature is. However Alexa will tell me what the thermostat is set to but not what the current temperature is. Alexa said this feature is not supported. But clearly it must be.Many setting in the app including brightness, timers and a temperature calibration setting. Which I needed to use as it was over reading by 2°c out of the box. Once set though it's been perfect since. So just make sure you have an accurate thermometer. Also great for setting up routines as I set my morning alarm with Alexa and 15 minutes before my alarm, the heating will switch on at last set temperature. The rest of the time I just use alexa or my phone to set whenever needed.The only other thing to note, is even with the thermostat switched off, the middle button does not go out and is very bright, so not great for a bedroom but fine in hallway.All in all 4 star review not a bad thermostat for less than £30. I hope my photos and wiring information also help others, that say it won't power up ect. Also to put into pairing mode hold the up and down like the instructions say. Then press up or down until wifi starts flashing.

Easy to install and looks the part, easy to add to smart life app as long as you can read the instructions. Very bright if in a bedroom even on the lowest brightness the main Led doesnt dim so ive set a scene to turn the bedroom stats off at night.I had to recalibrate the temperature on all 7 i purchased as they measured totally wrong so make sure you have an accurate thermostat to stand at the side and calibrate them with. Other than that working well and very easy to set up.

Does not enter pairing mode.Touch buttons faultyCompletely uselessUnfortunately I didn’t install this until after the return period closed. I’ve also discovered that when you shop with Amazon its impossible to get a warranty claim.I think this is the third time I’ve had this kind of experience with Amazon and I’m questioning why I shop here when there is zero customer service and no avenue for warranty claims.Fuming.

Very pleased with this programmable thermostat with wifi, it was easy to replace my old fixed room stat and the wifi app is a great advantage, it will surely save me some money given the exta control that it will give me, I did have cause to contact the reseller who was super helpful and respectful, thank you! I recommend this device and the reseller. In particular I really liked the ease of which I could set the day date and time with just one touch control!

Has anybody had trouble with the device, the time on the unit is not consistent with standard time example: 1 minute is faster on this device than a standard minute so it’s gaining time so cannot function as a timer.

The product doesnt even turn on, they have sent me a faulty item and unknown to me they are based in China, it costs more to return than it was to buy. Absolute scam!

Finally got them working after some time and about a week later the screen brightened is at a 100% but can’t see a thing
