Mounted on a trailer to pick up ~500 lbs. of lumber at a time. Bearings were full of grit and seized upon delivery, but we were able to flush out and use. Winch cable frayed from factory, but lucky for us it was still on the spool and we didn't need that length. Stickers upside down, controls are reversed. No instructions, found correct winch polarity from photos online. Control box needs zip-tied to winch; not waterproof. Winch -barely- picks up 500 lbs and we had to "help" it manually by lifting the load some. Cotter pins broke on first use. Shipping box destroyed on delivery and was surprised all parts were intact. Surprised it lasted the job we needed it for. Will replace with something more robust. Biggest piece of trash I have purchased in a long time.
