I love this product. The quality is very nice. My only problem is I ordered it way too big and now it’s in storage because I can’t use it.

I own two of these rugs already and have always loved them—great quality, beautiful design, and never any issues. So, I had no hesitation about buying a third. Unfortunately, this time was completely different.When the box arrived, it had a strong mildew/musty smell. The rug was sealed in plastic inside the box, so I hoped the smell was just from the packaging. Sadly, it wasn’t. As soon as we opened the plastic, the odor got even worse. The rug felt slightly damp and had an overwhelming musty, moldy smell.We let it to air out four days before putting it in our bedroom, but the odor never went away. I’m convinced there’s mold in the rug itself. I’ve never experienced anything like this with a rug delivery before.Looking through other reviews, I see I’m not alone—many customers have reported the same issue. It’s disappointing to see the quality decline from a brand I used to trust and recommend.

Good value for money. Sturdy and lays relatively flat for the type of material. Not super easy to clean and frays easily (we do have a dog which has lead to more damage.) sturdy weight and we love the look, especially for the price!

This is a beautiful rug, I cannot deduct stars for that! And it’s partially my fault because I didn’t consider how difficult cleaning this rug would be with animals. I have two dogs, and this rug is stained to the high heavens after having it for only a few months. Nothing I am using on it is getting the dirt stains out.So I guess long story short, if you do not have animals, this is a fabulous rug! But if you do have animals, I highly suggest purchasing a washable rug or something with a print

MOLD TESTED HIGH RESULTS DO NOT PURCHASE!! ..the day after opening it in our home and then taking it out because of the horrible smell our colleague came who is a professional environmental mold tester who travels nationally testing homes and this product tested 7,591 on a scale of 0-10,000 where 0-50 are considered safe. This product is POISONING families all over the country (including ours!) our couch tested 1870 after just a half hour of putting this rug in our space because of spores that spread both into our environment and bodies breathing it in while placing the rug. We own 2 medical clinics in 2 states and specialize in diagnosing and treating mold and know how dangerous this exposure was and is for everyone who buys this rug!!! We will be demanding our money back as well as considering other damages because of the need to professionally remediate and the damage to our health and our children’s heath especially since I’m pregnant and can’t detox while pregnant and it will effect our baby… (5 stars cause it looked as expected and I want everyone to see this consumer warning)
