Awesome Easy chair experience
Excellent service by amazon. I bought this reclining easy chair for my dad who is aged 90yrs. When I received the consignment, I observed a dent on back support rod(image attached with round mark). I immediately attached the screenshot & claimed a replacement, which was successfully delivered to me within 5 days. The fresh piece was perfect and my dad(pic attached) is very much delighted to relax in it. Specially during winters it is very much useful in taking Sun bath in your terrace. Although it is initial days(I bought it on 4th Feb'25), but I do highly recommend to purchase this reclining chair for ultimate relaxation for everybody, as it is having good back support, adjustable head rest & reclining angle lock, easy to install & most importantly available at a very affordable price in Amazon. Till date no issues with the quality of product....

Worthless
Never purchase this item, I bought it in 2023 Dec and within two months it's fabric started tearing near the holes and making this product unusable.

Still figuring out upon initial use
The chair was received with some finish defects - see the picture attached. When you are selling a product, the seller owes some responsibility to send it checked and in an adequate wrapping to prevent any damage during shipment. The chair was received in a carton and wrapped in a very thin polymer wrapper. There should have been some foam at least. To save minor cost, the seller and maker risk quality reputation. Some vendors just don't get it and they are the ones who never make it big!Still getting used to its locking mechanism and what to expect. The first impression is that the lock isn't providing what I expect it to - maintain elevation of the leg support at a chosen height. A minimum one page documentation if received with the product could have helped. Trying to figure what all is it good for - watching TV/ conversing with others while seated, working on a laptop, mere relaxation without any "productive" work. It serves one purpose well - support for limbs below knees.If the product maker makes use of my feedback to improve the product, a complimentary sample of the improved product would be nice to receive as a thank-you gesture.
