This is a nice little kitchen scale. Easy to store in a drawer, easy to read and use. I really like it. And the fact that it was so affordable makes it even better

I am truly impressed by this mighty little machine! It works great for baking and portioning.I purchased it because I started to get into hobby sourdough bread making, and it has worked great for this purpose. I looked at some pricer models, and I’m so glad I purchased this one. It’s lightweight and compact so it makes moving it a breeze. I store it vertically in my kitchen to save previous bench space; it’s slim and sturdy design is ideal. I use standard size mixing bowls and some bigger salad bowls (nothing outrageously huge), and I’ve always been able to see the display, which is a common complaint about many scales on the market. I like that it stays on long enough for me to gather and mix ingredients. I haven’t had any issues with the display turning off too soon (and I’ve used it close to a dozen times when baking and mixing). It is attractive looking for those who care about aesthetics. I tested the accuracy using food products with their weights listed and after accounting for packaging, it seems to be quite precise. I love this scale and am beyond impressed and very pleased with it.It has really simplified baking, and I’ve found it to be extremely handy for all kinds of things during the COVID-19 pandemic - like weighing smaller parcels or envelopes (to calculate postage and minimize trips to post office). I wouldn’t trade this for a more expensive model and my only regret is that I didn’t get this scale sooner!

I'm much happier with this digital scale than I thought I would be. It has a clean minimalist design. Doesn't weigh much at all and is very easy to haul around. I use it in my RC model Sailboat racing hobby. Always trying to keep weight down on the racing sailboats so a scale is necessary. The numbers are easy to read. It is easy to get the units of measure right. The scale stays on a long time before automatically shutting off and this has been good for the way I use it. Have had no durability issues so far. Very easy to store. It is the size of a 9.7" Apple I pad and stores on a shelf like a thin book. I recommend this product.

This is a nice small scale that fits neatly on my counters. The buttons are touch sensitive so you don't actually have to press them, just lightly touch them. The only thing wrong with mine is that it shows a weight when i first turn it on. I have to hit tare every time i turn it on. not a big deal but it worries me that the accuracy may be off. Its little funky to read if you want oz only. The setting is lb:oz so if you just wanted say 30 oz of something its actually going to read 1lb 14oz. Thats very annoying. I really have to look at the display to figure out what its telling me. Overall these are just minor annoyances. I needed a new scale after my last one took a dive and this works just fine.

Absolutely love this scale. It is super easy to clean and self-calibrates each time it is turned on, saving me a step to tare the bowl or cup. My only critique is when using large bowls or plates that obscure the display. This makes it impossible to read the weight, requiring me to transfer the food to another, more vertical receptacle for weighing.However, I hope to never need the lifetime replacement warranty. It states:"If you ever have any issues with your purchase, please contact us for a free replacement or refund. We will get back to you within 24 hours."Unfortunately, nowhere in the manual is a company name, street address, email address, or phone number to use for contact information. Nor does the product itself have any branding whatsoever. Amazon brands this as "Nicewell" but a web search turned up nothing that connects a company named as such with this product. The lifetime replacement guarantee is awesome, but who would I contact, and how?

I bought this scale about six months ago. I really liked it and it seemed to be working fine but the batteries didn't last very long. Each time I put in new batteries, they lasted less time than before. The last ones I put in lasted less than two weeks. Nicewell claims to have a lifetime warranty so I contacted them. Six months is long past the time to return it to Amazon.I got a very prompt response from Nicewell. They offered to replace the scale with the same model or one of two other scales that I could choose as a replacement. I choose one of the different models and they gave me a code to order the free replacement from Amazon. The replacement arrived yesterday and it's beautiful and seems to work fine. This whole process took about 3 emails. Even though the scale was defective their warranty is real and their customer service was excellent. I wish more companies operated this way.

Seems to work well. I really like that it has multiple weight options. And that it can read up to 33 lbs, which makes it great for cooking and also if you need to weigh packages for shipping. Glad to have this in my kitchenIt has a auto shut-off feature to help save the batteries, which would be great in most instances. It would be nice to have an over ride for this. I was using it to weigh cabbage for sauerkraut, and I was trying to add it to the bowl as I chopped it up (didn't want to dirty more dishes), and it kept turning off. So I had to add up all my additional weights to get my overall amount. Now that I know it does this I can work around it.

I like this little scale. The maximum weight rating seems higher than other scales in this size and price bracket. Which is good. It is plenty large enough for most packages I ship, yet light and portable enough to keep out of the way when not in use. The display is bright and easy to read. I did notice however, you never know what unit of measure it might decide to show when you first turn it on. It usually starts back up where you left it, but sometimes it likes to jump to fluid ounces, or grams or something. So it's always good to check. It takes about a second to boot up anyway. Not enough of a problem for me to derate it, just worth mentioning. Accurately seems adequate for most uses. My package weights always seem to match what the scale at the post office shows. So I'm happy with that.
