If you love history, tools and robots, you will love this book! This is a very well-written book! You will not be bored -- the illustrations are very nice. The QUALITY of the book is tops! This book is a keeper.

interesting but a bit much with names

Professor Mayor has a positively captivating way of writing, demonstrating her familiarity with classical writings and her ability to organize her thoughts and justify her point. Her book so informative and so enjoyable that I purchased another book by her before I was halfway finished with the first.
