This is a high-quality blood test that can easily be done at home - they provide all the materials in the package they send and then you simply drop it off at a USPS drop point (I just left my half-out of my mailbox and my mailman got it). They confirmed some of my suspicions regarding visceral fat and inflammation. My ALT and AST are normal, however, I am going to test in the future to get a couple of data points and see how my diet is affecting these markers. I'm particularly interested in the CRP inflammation marker as this is a quick-responding indicator of how my diet is (hopefully) improving my health.

If you are a senior you are limited on how often you can get tested. I didn't want to wait 6 months for an A1c and liver test. The choose Health test worked great. I did the test at home and within a week I had the results. I'll be using it again to get a mid-point test between the Medicare authorized tests

I would love to be able to recommend this but I cannot. I took this test the same morning as my annual lapse. In fact, within 2 hours of one another. This test came back completely contradictory of my primary care physicians lab pulled reports. For example, my sugar level was at 77. This test indicated that my sugar levels were highly elevated. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this test.

I have used the liver test to track my health over time. The results agree with data from my official doctors visits, but I appreciate being able to track trends over time. It is simple to use, and I like the graphs generated on the Choose Health website.

I did my first test wrong and messed it up.And they probably sent me a replacement test.And I did it right and I got my results.Promptly highly recommended

The report of my data was simple to understand and quite detailed. I would give that 4stars. BUT the registration software ware was locking up and unusable. I had to call the customer service, explain my situation which they assured me there shouldn't be a problem. Well then why was I calling? Then they added my registration manually and all went well. Sketchy registration process....

This test was simple to use and fairly painless. Results came semi-quickly. This seems to be a good way to monitor your health at home between annual physicals.
