These made me feel good and no upset tummy. I like the amount of ingredients that go into each pill without being overly powerful.

I have been consuming one B/Plexa in the morning and one at evening to help boost my levels of vitamin B12. I certainly feel a boost in my energy and focus while working — as well as with the grandkids! I gave some to my sister, she said the liquid capsule plus Beadlets look really attractive and high tech and starting on the regimen also. Apparently Bplexa also has CoQ10 and omega fatty acids for the oil, awesome! Thank you Nutracode, I couldn’t find such a high level of B12 vitamin anywhere else. Should help my heart / cardiac and nervous system health.

If you like the taste of spoiled fish oil... buy some of this... whatever the QC processes are for this product, they are lacking.I have tried this 2x and remembered the second time why I didnt like it the first time. DO NOT BUY THIS.It may have excellent properties, but if you walk around for 6 hours deciding whether or not to puke... whats the point.

My doctor recommended that I take a higher dose of Vitamin B12 and specifically the methylated form called Methylcobalamin. I was pleasantly surprised by B/Plexa, because it also had a special sustain release mechanism called “VidaSpheres” which lasted throughout the day. Also I noticed there was Folic Acid and Biotin in it which is just fantastic for skin and positive mood. Will keep taking it! Works as promised. Probably will order the Nutracode subscription so I don’t forget to keep taking it daily as my Dr. said would be ideal.

With me, it left a lingering after taste. You can feel its effects immediately. I was taking it to help with an autoimmune problem. I've been using it for 3 wks, can can tell results. And the after taste although still present is not near pronounced.

Great product, will purchase again.

Good thing is that the fish oil smell is really reduced . Not bad
