Hi there!My existing lock is aa apt front door Mortise lock (brand = Marks). The size that holds the mechanism deadbolt box from top screw to bottom screw is approx 6 3/4” inches and the opening for the box to fit in is approx 6 1/4” inches. Is this smart lock compatible with my existing size? Can you please let me know so I can make the purchase.Will appreciate your prompt response thank you!!

The locking system is sturdy and ready to use for Airbnb.You can set a code for your guest for Airbnb and tenant for long term rentals. The code can be set for minutes up to years, very convenient.The lock also has a privacy mode which is incorporated in it. Once the admin is inside the can flick a switch and no user will be able to come in, only someone with administer privileges.Not to mention the remote access which can allow guests entrance to the space the lock is installed on remotely once there is internet at that space and data on the phone being used to do the unlocking.The lock uses the following modes of entry:- Biometric- Password- Key Fob- Remote Access- Mechanical Key- Temporary Code- Dynamic Code

This lock enables me to easily access my home. I'm able to know who gained access to my home everytime, with the notification alerts received. This enables me to keep track of who entered and at what time even if I am away from the space. These of course are secure access, no unauthorized entries are allowed. The lock also comes in handy when you need to have renovations done on your home, you provide the workmen with their own passcode to access your home without having to be present. This can be disabled at any time or after they have completed the renovations.
