It can't compete even a normal detergent. Warm water, 4 to 8 hours soaking make negligible effect.To soak in Surf Excel will give result within 15 minutes & this Oxybleach is no par to that level, forget tough stains cleaning.I am finishing this Oxybleach by cleaning Aquarium Tank.
