After a major rebuild of my home theater and my equipment cabinet that took three months work and a lot of pain and suffering, this idea was one improvement I had inteneded for a while and glad I did. My Onkyo TX-SR805, THX ultra cinema 2, 7.1 A/V reciever is powerful and sounds great but those Burr Brown Toroidel amps get sooooo HOT especially inside the cabinet, you can leave skin on the top if your not careful. So a little customization and these fans cooled things off quite nicely. Now I can crank it without overheating or singing skin and even close the glass door. They installed easily hooked them up to an old 200 watt computer power supply I had after a little more rigging and easy as pie no more burnt skin, plus the LED lights really look cool matching the others I have in my theater power recliners and the Naqua'da generators and inside the Star Gate itself!

I'd like to say first that I've been building computers for a very long time, and that I have tested these thoroughly.I can confidently say that they are awful for an AIO or a custom loop. My CPU is around 8-10c warmer when these are running because they have poor static pressure.With my EK Vardar 120mm fans, my CPU sits around 62-68 with a full load. I get very similar results with the high static pressure corsair 120mm fans I have, and the ugly Noctua fans I have.These, however, have my cpu topping out at a concerning 78-80c.This is with the fans at full speed 100% of the time.This is on an i7-7700k(5ghz) at 1.35v on a Maximus IX Apex with an EVGA 240mm AIO. This same test was also done on a ROG Strix Z270E Gaming and a brand new MSI Z270 Gaming Plus.They are not bad at all for simple case fans you need to move air over your system, or on a larger heatsink type cooler, such as a 212 evo or a Noctua DH15. They just can't compete against the more established and trusted brands.Don't penny pinch on fans when you have a high end build.

Pros: I think all around function and noise are solid. Not to loud at full speed running 4 of these. Seems to move air well.Cons: If your priority is lighting. You might go with something else. Lights work and look good. But you have to adjust voltage to get them bright enough. Had to adjust mine to minimum 8v to really notice them.On the other hand. The lights brightening will tell you ur fans are speeding up. So that's something.

Fans arrived with screws and screw driver (included). Quarter, penny and 6" wrench added for reference. Both large and small power connectors.12 Blue LED strip around the inside. Blue rubber mounts on both sides are a tad higher than the frame for sound/vibration isolation. Nice touch!Provided 1/2 inch screws for mounting through chassis to fan frame. Fan frame holes go all the way through the frame so longer bolts can be used.Quite operation like soft speaking. I'm adding fan to water radiator( "AGPtek® 12 Pipe Aluminum Heat Exchanger Radiator" on Amazon) for cooling.Large power connector is MOLEX "pass through", only two are wired through. Other two are blank. Still no outlets are lost.Small connector 3 PIN IDC female so no fan speed control. 12V DC 42 CFM @ 1,000 RPM Wires in back on air output side.Sturdy durable frame. I like it. Would buy again.

I got these from the Lightning Deal. So it was an even better deal. I bought the blue version.The blue is more closer to the turquoise color than regular blue.I found the led lights are affected by voltage if you use the three pin connector. So if your computer drops the voltage to the fan to slow it down, the led will get dim or shut off. I fixed this by adjusting the motherboard fan control to always give at least 80% voltage. This amount kept the led bright and didn't make a lot of fan noise.Overall a good buy if it goes on Lightning Deal again.

Product arrived on time and as described. I enjoy building PCs and one of the fans started acting up so decided to order these as a replacement. The first thing I noticed was the rubber insulation around the frame and screw holes, this greatly reduces vibration and noise. After the easy installation, I powered up the PC and it was quieter than it ever has been. The blue LEDs put out more light than my previous fan too. I am very impressed the product and will use these in my future builds.Pros:- Good quality product for a reasonable price.- Rubber insulated to minimize vibration and noise.- Dual connectors allows you choose function (case, CPU, regulated, etc.)- Came with a philips screwdriver for installation.

I have ordered 2 sets of these fans. They are extremely quiet and really get the air moving in my case. They seem to have a decent build quality to them and also have rubberized corners to reduce sound. I love the white LEDs. They are bright and vibrant and all seem to be working fine. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the second set I ordered was used and missing some parts. But I decided to keep it seeing that it still worked fine.

ONE of these fans were installed in the alternate CPU fan header and both the LEDs and the fan work just fine. However, the other one of these fans were installed in the case fan header on this motherboard and ONLY the LEDs light, but the fan does NOT run at all. If I find out why I will change this review to five stars right away. Until then, I would welcome feedback from anyone as to how to address this issue.Apparently the fan was connected to the incorrect fan header on the motherboard. The fan itself works just fine and I would not hesitate to purchase these fans again. They look great and run very quietly!
