Hubby loves em, I don't 🤷 they don't work for me but maybe it's a user error

The ear tips are soft as stated in the ad and cleaning and replacing the tips are easy since they are soft and they screw on and off.I brought the Ear Wax Removal Tool to see if it would pull out the amount of wax as stated in the ad. It didn't. The end tool had a little wax on it but not a lot. All the tips are the same size. I then wet the end of a Q-tip and clean out my ears again, I had more wax on the Q-tip than on the wax tool. This tool was not a value for my money, hence my rating.

Order this in hopes to clean my ears safer. Didn't work the way I wanted it to. But for my gf it did. Overall decent price and product.

I wouldn’t say it’s my proudest buy, I still use q tips even tho they say not to use ‘em. This thing sometimes leaves me feeling like it didn’t clean all the ear wax so I end up using a q tip after I use this thing. But I like that it comes with extra tips and it’s very comfortable in your ear, no pain at all

Good alternative to qtips, I use this and then will generally follow up with a sheet of toilet paper to dry out ears, I also recommend setting your ears or the tool to get the full benefit

I have been using regular q-tips, and always felt I have been going too deep, and maybe damaging my ears. I saw these online, and was skeptical. However you can only stick them in your ear canal so far. And the amount of wax collected over time from your ear is impressive. I recommend you try. It's worth the experience
